English Teacher(Joint Program of EF and public schools)

英语教师（英孚-公立学校合作项目）

Synopsis:
This is a joint program initiated by EF and local public schools in Beijing. As an English Teacher for the program, you will join our academic team of local public schools to deliver high quality English lessons and academic services to primary school students using EF teaching methodologies.

The role:
The responsibilities mainly include preparing and delivering lessons, administering and reporting students’ learning progress and coordinating with other functions to maintain effective relations.

You will:
Prepare and carry out lessons as assigned by the Project Manager
Correct, record and administer the results of quizzes, tests, assessments and progress report for students
Communicate students’ progress and action plans with parents via phone and parent-teacher meetings
Attend teacher training presentations and workshops for own development
Support EF Own School with Summer courses and winter courses
Substitute for absent colleagues, perhaps at short notice, on or off-site

You have/are:
Bachelor Degree, plus a National Teacher Certificate
Major in English, English Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics or relevant area
Command excellent communicative skills in English with TEM8/IELTS6.5 or above
Enjoy being with kids & teens and passionate about education and culture industry
Public school language teaching experience is a plus
