1. JOB Description　工作描述
Position Objective
As an Electrical Engineer responsible for design, engineering and supporting the installation and commissioning of relay protection, plant and systems in Power T&D field. To lead project engineering team in substation design including protection and automation scheme. Support to complete all commissioning activities efficiently and cost-effectively and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks
- Preparation and review of SLD in adherence to spec /standards
- Preparation and review of detailed drawings. Preparation of GA, AC, DC schematics, interlock, Cable schedule, Termination schedule, Relay setting in adherence to spec /standards
- Prepare of detailed Bill of materials for tenders or projects
- Design calculations like Battery sizing, Relay setting, CT / PT sizing etc.
- SCADA, Telecommunication system design
- Knowledge on various Relays and selection.
- Overall review and scheme development for various bus configurations
- Technical data sheets preparation of Secondary equipment and vetting of supplier drawings
- Attend to technical queries from client or Site team and provide solutions
- Experience in evaluation of power system study, insulation coordination study, harmonic analysis & capacitor bank sizing etc. is a bonus.
- Provide substation project management support, including managing engineering scope according to technical contracts, equipment procurement, developing change orders, and maintaining project schedules.
- Adhere to ABB Power Systems - Substations quality processes and document control procedures to ensure design documents are complete and accurate.
- Provide construction, installation & commissioning support.

2. JOB SPECIFICATION 岗位条件
Education教育程度
本科或以上学历，电气工程及其自动化等相关或相近专业；电力系统及其自动化专业方向优先；
Bachelor or above majoring in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power system and its automation, etc.

Work Experience工作经验
- 5 years in AIS / GIS substation design (up to 220 kV) with focus on Protection and Automation system design.
- Should have Sound knowledge of transmission and distribution practices & Substation engineering.
- Must have project experience leading a team of engineering / drafting / design resources. Support with technical advice and guidance.
