职位描述：
Job description
- Coordinate with the landlord and property management for facility maintenance and leasing agreement management.
- Responsible for procurement of non-production goods and services, including courier service, stationery supply, cleaning service, catering service, office supplies and equipment, shuttle bus/rental car and office maintenance, etc., as well as defining processes to provide smooth and well controlled supply of these goods and services.
- Invoice control for administration related procurement
- Handle proper assets management of Asia Pacific(Shanghai) DC, including office equipment, warehouse equipment and personal PC etc. Be responsible for controlled process of requisition, depreciation and retiring.
- Assist for logistics arrangement for visitors to the Asia Pacific (Shanghai) DC.
- Coordinate with other entities of Atlas Copco group for Administration related issues, when needed.
 
Knowledge / Educational requirements
- College or above, majored in Accounting, Economy or a related field
- Good command of Microsoft Office
- Experience in SAP will be preferred
- Sound written and speaking English

- You would be working with many different parties within or outside of the company, therefore good communication skills are key competence required
- Multi-tasks handling ability
- Self motivated individual who is able to work well independently as well as under pressure with accuracy and commitment
