? Recruitment website management.
? Screening candidates and interview arrangement.
? Recruitment agency management.
? Periodically according to the requirements complete the relevant reports and analysis;
? Be responsible for frontline hiring in the business unit
Staff Operation
? Deal with employees on boarding & Leave matters
? New employee orientation arrangement.
? Prepare offer letter and salary increase letter for staff.
? Responsible for probation review and labor contract & dispatch contract renew issues
? Manage the training schedule and arrangement
? Personal filing management and maintaining
? Charge of some parts of administration issues in daily work, such as company activities support
Others
? Support Line Manager to complete performance management
? Support site employee relations and handle labor dispute
? Coordinate with team members to implement HR project or plan
? Support line Manager to complete operational work


Qualification:
Must
1.Colleague above, majoring in HR management is better
2.Have working experience in HR functions, recruitment is prefer.
