Main Responsibilities:
- Implement and direct a systemic workforce planning process that identifies workload staffing levels and justify budget allocation so that the organization can meet its objectives
- Assistant to build up short- and long-term strategic plans during OTA review cycles for effective organization and talent development, including workforce plan, cost control and utilization of human resources.
- To provide consultation with line managers on people development, including Management Assessment and Development, Performance Management, Human Performance Problems, Personal Career Development and Management Succession.
- Responsible for local recruiting request and maintain a regular dialogue with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of current and future recruitment needs. Take the lead in needs definition in the area of interview, assessment and selection training and ensure delivery
- Take lead for P4G program and ensure the performance management and performance appraisal processes are carried out effectively.
- Implementing and coordinating major Human Resources processes (promotions, performance management, engagement, compensation and salary administration)
- Coordinate and responsible for local campus/graduate recruitment programs
- Strong partnership with line managers to attract,develop and retain talented people
- Employee relations for assigned the regions
- Other duties assigned
Job Requirement:·
- At least 7-10 years of HR generalist or business partner experience.
- Experience of working with multinational companies.
- Prior experience of working in a high growth, successful commercial organisation.
- Proven track record in attracting, developing and retaining talent.
- Previous experience and proven success as change agent.
- Proven track record in leading HR process improvements.
- Experience working in a matrix structure highly desirable
- Result-orientation
- Strong ownership
