Accountabilities
? To be responsible to collect freight for O/B CAD customer, D/B customer
? To ensure the AR is accurate and timely
? To well communicate with customers, SALES, CSV&DOC related departments
? To handle O/B freight overdue/credit outstanding
? To update the payment collection
? To conduct monthly bank reconciliation of AR
? To do daily collection summary
? To be responsible for invoice management
Requirements
? Bachelor degree, major in Accounting or related
? Familiar with shipping knowledge
? Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure
? Strong sense of responsibility
? Good communication skill, both in English and Chinese
