工作内容:
1. 接受并跟踪客户意见和投诉
2. 协助其他相关部门和分公司处理解决该客户意见
3. 负责服务部库房管理工作
4. 负责银行、税务等方面工作
5. 负责系统维护工作，如SMS/JDE等
6. 处理上级交予的其他相关工作
资质要求:
1. 学历：大专及以上学历
2. 工作经验：具有计算机管理与维护工作经验优先

3. 语言能力：具有良好的英语听说读写能力，英语4级或以上
4. 计算机水平：熟练使用OFFICE办公软件
5. 其它主要资质：善于沟通，刻苦耐劳，具有良好的团队合作精神 举报 分享
