Job Description:
1. Sales process
- Achieve personal Sales Target, enhance sales of product
- Establish and maintain clients relationship with Medtronic
- Insure the sales payment on time according to the sales contract
2. Management
- Supervise sales team and result in the area
- Organize weekly sales meeting
- Support dealers sales people to organize sales activities with customers
- Lead and train dealers sales team to improve sales ability and assist them when in need
3. Others
- Cooperate with marketing partners in region
- Exchange market information with Application Specialist and Product Managers
- Maintain product brand
- Further tasks on request
Requirement:
- 8 years experiences on sales or marketing experience with a proven track record of goal accomplishment.
- people management experience is preferred.
- Bachelor degree or above in medical or pharmaceutical
- Persuasively communication and good public presentation skills
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
