职位描述
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
1. Prescribe and provide the competitive technical & commercial proposal to be the partner with sales organization. (For SBG, they’re lack of commercial role)
2. Lead the offer implementation and win the contracts (This item is lacked in SBMV for EPC business)
OBJECTIVES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Identify the project opportunity with sales force;
2 Prescribe and influence the customer from technical point of view.
3 Coordinate internal & external resources to give integrated solution; (For SBMV, they won’t coordinate other resources when working in L2 & L3 solution);
4 Analysis the customer requirement and provide the technical-commercial offer;
5 Ensure the offer implementation until the obtaining of the contract;
6 Provide advices to the execution team for project implementation.
Additional: the working-load weighting for PWS tender is 3:7 in technical vs. commercial, for SEE it is 6:4 and for JVs, it’s 7:3)
REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
1. General Technical background (SEE: industrial process know-how, PWS & SBMV: electrical system; IDS: automation; BLD/IT: BA security, lighting control, data center; SST; electrical system, transformer; SBG: electrical system, busway)
2. Related industrial tendering/sales experience at least 2 years
3. Fluent oral and written English
