PURPOSE OF THE JOB 岗位目的
Summarize the purpose of this position to assess its expected contribution to the results of the organization.
· To act as country level administrator of HR information system
· To monitor HR data quality and provide timely HR reporting
· To handle daily tickets of HRIS systems from HR Helpdesk
· To contribute to HR information systems deployment and roll out
REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
Please list the main regular responsibilities of the position.
- Provides a local and a first point of contact for HR users in the resolution of issues linked to HR information systems
- Train the HR users and if necessary or requested managers and employees as well, including new joiners during their induction time
- Monitor data quality with tools and lead the data cleansing practice
- Provide monthly , quarterly and yearly reports as well as feedback ad-hoc reporting request from HR leaders
SPECIFIC ISSUE: Such as work base, frequency of traveling, etc.
