职位描述：
Job responsibility:
？ Setup Axus Corporate EHS Policies, and Standards.
？ Work with senior leadership team to develop EHS strategy and direction at corporate level.
？ Lead and drive key initiatives in EHS performance as well as compliance to regulations for multiple manufacturing sites.
？ Influences and coordinates the manufacturing operations’ resources to ensure EHS excellence.
？ Drives EHS related culture, awareness at all levels across Axus organization by developing, integrating and executing EHS systems, policies and procedures, EHS KPI, EHS campaigns and programs to ensure the highest level of EHS.
？ Monitors, interprets and analyzes business impact of EHS laws, standards or regulatory initiatives.
？ Performs periodic audit, surveys and inspections to all manufacturing sites to identify EHS risks to ensure the compliances with local applicable regulations , develops recommendations that provide solutions, remedies, or process alternatives including corrective and/or preventive actions;
？ Train and coach EHS Teams across multiple manufacturing sites.

Job requirements:
？ In depth knowledge of OHSMS (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems).
？ Conceptual skills to create EHS processes, programs and development activities.
？ Broad knowledge of external development and emerging EHS best practices which could be implemented according to each country.
？ Willingness to work in a multicultural company, share and learn from others.
？ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
？ Ability to influence change at Senior levels, including successfully facilitating joint decision-making.
？ Have strong coordination capability.
？ Result-driven orientated and curious in details.
