The office is located in downtown and closed to ShangHai Railway Station; 5 minutes walking distance from Hanzhong Road Station; Good working environment and excellent career prospects.

1.Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls in a professional manner, take and pass on messages accuracy and efficiency.
以职业的方式接听并转接来电,准确并有效地登记传达留言。
2.Host visitors in a professional manner, and help colleagues to manage the visitor‘s travel when the circumstances need.
以职业的礼仪接待来访者,并在必要时协助同事协助安排来访者的行程。
3.Distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence in a timely way, including letters, express delivery, newspapers, faxes, letters, etc., and keep the proper records.
及时发送来件和去件,包括快递、信件、报纸、传真等,并作好记录。
4.Staff business card order.
员工名片制作。
5.Supervise the cleaning and security of reception Office
负责维护前台与整个办公室环境的安全和整洁。
6.Manage and deliver the low-consumption, ensure safety stock of Low-value consumption goods, and maintain the list.
管理和发放低值易耗品,确保低值易耗品库存的安全,并维护安全库存。
7.Regularly updates to the safety stock list.
定期更新低值易耗品库存表。
8.Responsible for the drinking water reservation, make sure the sufficient supply for the Office. 订购桶装水,保证办公室内茶水供应。
9.Unit support for working meals (payment by Petty Cash) .
工作餐协助订餐(备用金付款)。
10.Assist annual dinner and implement other related staff welfare including HR and staff wealth committee.
协助人事部和员工福利社组织年会和其他员工活动的开展。
11. Business trip arrangement such as hotel/air ticket booking.
协助商务出差机票、酒店等安排工作。
12.Admin support for high level managers
为高层经理提供行政支持。
13Assist Expat staff Visa application preparation and materials collecting.
协助外籍员工签证申请材料收集和筹备。
14.Perform other related duties as required.
根据工作需要完成其他相关职责。
Requirements
任职要求
1. College degree or above,have 1-2 years admin working experience is preferred.
大专学历或以上,有1-2年行政工作经验者优先
2. Interest in Admin management, good communication skills, quick learner
对行政工作有兴趣,良好的沟通能力,学习能力强
3. Good team work spirit, conscientious and detail oriented
团队合作能力,认真尽责,细致周到
4. Good in English and MS Office
