Primary Purpose:
Assist Asia Senior Visual Merchandising Manager to:
- Translate Creative direction and requirements to source and produce Coach VM Creative.
- Support operational execution and coordinate with cross-functional departments in China to ensure VM Production standards to be achieved in China market.
- Manage the Invoicing, Production, Scheduling, Logistics and Installation direction of Coach Stores Windows and Interiors for the Asia.

Creative VM Program
- Responsible for managing the production and installation of all 2D & 3D prints for interior decorative and quarterly enhancements (print production, Dura clears, painting).
- Responsible for communication with vendors for production and installation schedule of enhancements.
- Coordinate sample approval process between Coach NY and vendors.
- Maintain sample library for materials and VM fixture samples.
- Provide VM Field team production/layout information of monthly or quarterly elements.
- Support manage PO creation and budget management.

Window VM Program
- Provide support to Senior Manager oversee production and installation for Flagship and all store windows.
- Responsible for communication with vendors for installation schedule of window displays and production timelines.
- Provide on-site support of installation of flagship windows. Manage the QC of installation and fabrication.
- Coordinate sample approval process between Coach NY and vendors.
- Maintain sample library for materials.
- Establish and maintain photo library of monthly windows and interior program for shared use between HK and NY teams.
- Provide VM Field team production/layout information of windows.

Store Initiative Event/Window Production
- Manage the graphic production quality and installation needs for special store events.
- Support any fixture/props production needs of special store events /window.
- Responsible for communication with vendors for construction/production.
- Communicate with Department Stores for production approval.
- Partner with Field team during event/window installation set-up.
- Support logistic controls of all VM shipment from JAX to local ICH and to store.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments in China for regular meeting to discuss and review project.
- Support and organize log sheet/ database as well as local ICH inventory management.
- Travel to store to support, supervise and inspect quality and execution.

Budget
- Support Senior Manager to maintain and track annual production budgets.


The accomplished individual will possess...
- Minimum 5 years VM production experience required.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in managing vendors and installation teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communications in English and Chinese is a must.
- Ability to interface with corporate partners and outside vendors with strong communication skills and able to maintain good vendor relationship.
- Demonstrates strong initiatives, ownership and accountability for projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable working at all levels. Regional experience is preferred.
- Ability to work strategically and react quickly with a strong sense of urgency in a fast paced environment.
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously within short timelines. 举报 分享
