We are currently seeking a Senior Firmware Engineer to join our Human Intelligent Interface Department. Reporting to the R&D Firmware manager, you will:

- Follow Schneider Electric PMP/PEP process, work in R&D team for product design or design change.

- Cooperate with correlated team member such as Electrical engineers and EMC test engineers to resolve technical issues.

- Follow the design process and deliver the design documents with good quality on time.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria:

Requires Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Control, Computer Engineering, or similar field plus 5 years of related experience.
Design, develop, validate, and document embedded firmware on various micro controllers. Especially experience in Cortex-Ax and multi core kernel programming is a plus.
Lead large/small scale firmware projects with complex features.
Experience with embedded OS/RTOS, such as Linux and Vxworks.
Experience and proficiency in C/C++ and familiar with multi-thread programming.
Lead and mentor junior firmware engineers.
Good English communication skills both oral and written.
