职位描述：

Responsibilities:

1.Actual Cash flow and Cash management (Forecast and planning)

- Record and Analysis the actual cash flow situation
- Collect and check cash forecast information
- Doing cash management based on the weekly/Monthly/Yearly cash forecast information.
- Draft Cash planning for 10 entities daily operation, ensure the cash flow for Tax, payroll, Utility, supplier payment or other huge payment
- Prepare the Intercompany payment request and funds transfer request for entities to ACCN and related team

2.Bank account management and related setup
- Communicate/work with foreign Bank and local bank
- Bank account open/close/maintenance such as annual year check
- E banking related setup and bank account functional setup
- Signature card update
- Update and closely work with bank for the PBOC and SAFE regulation change if any

3.Bank loan, entrustment loan, deposit arrangement
- Manage the Entrustment loan and short-term bank loan and deposit business
- Prepare the application for mature loan interest payment
- Manage loan draw down and reimbursement process and paper work

4.Treasury Project support and other work
- Work with ACCN and GP for daily Treasury operation business
- Prepare Treasury monthly report and support monthly closing.

- Support the project of Entity setup or liquidation, Capital injection, Capital convert, Cash pooling, One bank strategy or any other project in future

Requirements:

(a)Education, qualifications and training
- University in accounting/finance

(b)Experience or skills required
- Major in Finance & Accounting
- At least 2-3 years Treasury experience in MNC or big Foreign Company.
- Ability of written and spoken Mandarin and English
- Office software skills
- Excellent communication skills, Careful and diligent attitude, can work under pressures, teamwork spirit
