Sales Excellence Manager

The job
Working as Sales Excellence Manager gives you many opportunities. You will deep-dive into the business strategies and together with sales & marketing leadership team set the direction for the sales force to execute the strategy. You will analyse sales force performance and deliver analytics working together with the sales team to achieve highest impact from our sales effort. In addition, you will lead optimization & efficiency projects giving a great variety in tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
? You will play a key role in building a high-performing sales team by supporting a sales force of +600 with sales force effectiveness & efficiency analytics
? You are required to act independently and think logically & structured when supporting and challenging the sales force to improve performance
? Your will spend half of your time doing SFE work (segmentation & targeting, sales force sizing, territory alignment, etc.) and the other half on developing and implementing new and exciting projects support our growing sales organization (e.g. sales force bonus plan & KPI setting, new key account management framework, sales coaching system)
Qualifications
Key requirements to succeed are the following:
? Master degree in business, finance, economics, management or similar
? At least 3 years’ experience in SFE or a Business Insight role supporting Sales and 5 years in medical device or pharmaceutical industry, sales management experience is also valuable
? Strong personal drive and a proven track record for quick learning
? Strong interpersonal competencies with ability to drive change management
? Good team player
? Good analytical skills and solid business understanding
? Solid project management experience with ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders
? Strong communication and presentation skills
? Expert user in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PPT, etc)
? Fluent in Chinese, and preferably good in English (written and spoken)
