?Supplier management
?Stakeholders management

?Control maintenance and repair activities on containers in the terminals & depots, compliant
with ML standards
?Supervise/audit equipment repair quality and EMR suppliers’ performance (pre-audit of repair estimates as well as post-audit repair quality)
?Drive execution in relations to 3rd party damage (DERT), assessment of total-loss
containers and operational support related to container sales
?Contribute to improving operational results like repair quality, turn time and Out of Service time and drive EMR cost savings

?Ensure EMR value creation by being on location in the depots, 4 out of 5 days per week. Engineering and technical background; holding an IICL certificate（国际验箱师） is an advantage
?Work experience at an EMR facility or as an EMR inspector is an advantage
?In depth knowledge and experience with container maintenance and repair
?Strong technical and operational background: building on experience to audit and manage vendor performance
?Self-starter and autonomous: ability to operate at repair locations and drive
performance independently
?Good team player; coach and mentor less experienced inspectors
?Strong presence and ability to monitor and guide vendors towards compliance with standards and performance improvement
?Hands-on approach, spending at least 80% of time on the repair yards
?System Usage: attain proficiency with the Maersk Equipment Control System RKEM,EMR Estimate System MERC+, Proprietary 3rd Party Billing System DERT and Global Positioning systems STARTRAK & RCM
?Good verbal and written communication skills including fluent in English 举报 分享
