Responsibilities:
1. Work as project manager during the implementation period
2. Set the project team and ensure everyone knows their roles, tasks and expectations
3. Ensure that required data from BS will be provided to consultant efficiently and in agreed formats
4. Together with logistics director analyze the figures and facts provided by consultant
5. Redesign and prepare organization and new logistics setup in coordination with some of the best consultants in the market to implement best practice in China
6. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
7. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
8. Take full responsibility of running the DC after the project has gone live
9. Manages day-to-day operation, make sure that all staff are comfortable and has a good working environment in order to improve the retention of staff
10. Take ownership of all steps in the warehouse , lead the team to manage warehouse functions of receiving, inventory control, material issue, packing and goods dispatch, transportation management to ensure delivery performance and cost efficiency
11. Daily monitor and supervise all steps in the logistics process and think about improvement ways
12. Lead warehouse team, train staff and monitor warehouse performance to meet business target
13. Supply chain optimization, network analysis and optimization
14. Selection and implementation of software and hardware

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree above, major in Logistics, Economics or equivalent is preferred
2. Well experiences in project management
3. At least 10 years experience in managing production line or advanced logistic setup
4. Experienced in supply chain optimization
5. Layout, Design and construction of at least 2 national distribution centers
6. Logic sense of product flow
7. Straight forward and direct to the point
8. Proven ability in similar projects nationally. Internationally will be additional value
9. Challenges others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model and mentor
10. Familiar with Material Handle Equipment (MHE), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), and other SAP modules.
11. Ability to lead teams and manage daily meetings
12. Analyzing and ability to quickly define the next milestone in the process
13. Energetic and motivating
14. Good communication and organization skills

1. 60 minutes drive from downtown Beijing
2. 110.000 m2
3. 42.000 pallet positions
4. 200.000 mini-load positions
5. Capacity to handle 120 Million items / year
6. Directly servicing over 3000 stores in North China
7. Also for E-commerce and multi channel
8. Fully automated multi-channel warehouse: By using an upgraded and automated WMS system(DAI) and Material Handle Equipment (MHE), Wuqing Distribution Center will be an new generation direct consumer sales distribution centre in the future
