his is a broad role that encompasses recruitment, HR activities, on-boarding of new staff, employee relations and vendor management for the Investment Fund, but also for the funds underlying investments. You will be the main point of contact for senior stakeholders in the fund and will take responsibility for the recruitment of junior to senior resources across (but not limited to) the following professions:

- Asset Managers

- On-site property managers

- Leasing professionals

- Marketing resources (events, marketing & communications)

- Support personal (accountants, administrators and retail staff)

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior recruitment professional / experienced in house recruitment and Human Resources manager to gain invaluable experience working for an investment fund as well as contributing to the strategy and growth of the business.

To be successful you will:

· Ability to communicate senior stakeholders

· Fluency in English and Mandarin, spoken and written

· Have experience working experience recruiting in the real estate market in China

· Have a Degree in economics or other relevant field

· Possess knowledge of Human Resources and Employment Law

· Co-operative, team-player and self-reliant
