Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary) 主要工作目标（岗位简介）

To provide centralized support and guidance on the good planning and evaluation of the medical educational activities.

To lead the cross-team communication and alignment on the role & deliverables for the Medical Education Team .

To provide general principle on the setting up of TAE development plan and monitoring of the TAE development.

To explore and drive new opportunities for any initiatives fit in the scope of medical education and TAE profiling and development.

Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任
(Major functions of the position) （职位的首要职能）

To be responsible for the development and co-ordinate the execution (with the support from Medical Managers or other medical functional team) of the medical education plan for those activities not limited to one product or one therapeutic area.

To provide centralized support and guidance on the good planning and evaluation of the medical educational activities.

To be responsible for periodic updating of “Medical Education” session in the Medical Plan template to make sure it well reflects the business needs.

To work out a general rule/principles for the development of the medical education plan and the evaluation criteria for the medical educational activities which could be adapted and utilized by other medical functional teams .

To provide general principle on the setting up of TAE development plan and monitoring of the TAE development.

To be responsible for setting up the general rules within the whole Medical team on the information collection and sharing on the HCP interaction.

To be responsible for the central platform building up of sharing above collected information with appropriate funding.

To work out a general rule/principles for the TAE development planning and the tracking of the execution of the plan.

To act as primary contact person within the Medical Team for high level alignment with other functional team within the company for the interaction plan with international and national level TAEs and other key stakeholders (for example, CDE, payer, etc) .

To actively explore the new opportunities/ ways of doing medical education activities and provide technical advice to Medical Managers or other medical teams on leveraging these opportunities.

To be responsible for the maintenance and update of speaker pool for the assigned TA.

Minimum bachelor degree in medicine or pharmacy
