职位描述
Responsibilities
PROJECT ACCOUNTING SIDE
- Open up Projects in accounting system and start up and maintain Financial files for
projects
- Inputting costs onto account system and maintain project control statement files
- Liaise with Project Managers on costs and project key dates
- Invoice either customer (3rd party), or internal invoices to other Alstom units and maintain
invoices register and credit control
- Maintain accounting system accounts for projects, enter journals into
- Assist in the preparation of Quarterly review files and attend preparation meetings and
actual review meetings
- Project Portfolio Maintenance – quarterly
- Closing off projects
- Maintain Warranty projects
FINANCIAL ACOUNTING SIDE
- Check on internal payments
- Cash flow maintenance and update of weekly, 3 monthly forecasts and yearly forecasts
(Cash inflow and outflow on projects)
- Assistance in Project Tool maintenance
- Internal control keep up
OTHER DUTIES
- Communication meetings with Project Management
- Other ad doc. Duties
Educational Requirements
University degree. Completed or studying for a professional accounting qualification
Knowledge / Experience
- Be an effective communicator
- Have experience with standard office applications, especially Excel
- Have a positive attitude with a high degree of self-motivation
Behavioural Competencies
A self-confident individual with a strong personality and ability to meet tight deadline and have
an analytical mind. Good interpersonal and strong communication skills with a willingness to
challenge others.
