Packaging engineer
? Provides technical solutions to strategic needs
? Consumer obsessed and translates consumer needs into creative solutions
? Develops integrated RD&E/Marketing/Manufacturing business plans and timeline(s), works with Shoe Care team to develop success criteria, develops and updates project summary, schedules meetings, issues meeting minutes and manages costs within the project budget;
? Communicates technical risks and project status to business groups, RD&E staff and other relevant groups.
Experience Required 工作经验要求：
? At least 1 year working experience for related job.
? Advanced new product development skills/experience as well as demonstrated skills and achievements in ideation.
? Strong ability to adapt and learn new areas; strong creativity and problem solving skills; strong leadership, influence and cross-functional teamwork skills.
? Good English communication skill in both speaking and writing.
? Team player
