Summary of Position:
This position follows established practices and procedures to resolve routine issues, interacts daily with peers and customers (typically internal) to supports HR objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
· Employee Communication and Employee Relation:
- Provide assistance to the quarterly town hall meeting, i.e. data collection, meeting coordination.
- Provide assistance to validate the articles for Greater China internal employee newsletter.
- Work with Staff Recreation Committee (SRC) to organize employee’s activities, i.e. family day, annual dinner and outing.
· Payroll and Benefits Delivery:
- Responsible for consolidating the monthly attendance record, i.e. intern’s attendance, overtime, sick leave and unpaid leave.
- Raise monthly payroll outsourcing and CIIC service fee report to Finance dept.
- Coordinate the annual IIT self-declaration for those employees in different locations whose individual annual income is more than RMB120000.
- Back up payroll & benefit administration to ensure that accuracy of payroll delivery and validity of benefits program.
- Provide assistance to the materials preparation and coordination for payroll, social security audits etc.
· HRIS and Reports:
- Maintain and update HRIS database of staff movements.
- Provide HR ad-hoc & regular reports to support firm daily operation.
- Support the employee life cycle management from joining process to leaving process.
· Miscellaneous:
- Ensure the employment contract’s signing, renewing and transferring are 100% legal compliance.
- Responsible for new hire’s probation evaluation and monthly probation report.
- Ensure the labor service agreement management for intern, retiree re-hire is 100% legal compliance.
- Provide the logistic support in global long service award delivery
- Issue employees’ certificate, i.e. employment certificate, income certificate, termination of employment certificate, and dispatch letter etc.
- Responsible for the personal file management and send on-board & exit notifications to CIIC.
- Other assigned HR projects and tasks if needed.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in HR, or relevant major.
- 1-2 years working experience in HR function.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws.
- Good English and PC skills.
