职位描述
Job Description:
- Filing of documents and set up proper records and systems for the department.
- Assist in providing administration support which includes making arrangements for appointments, travel, etc.
- Screen incoming calls; receive, welcome and refer guest to relevant individuals.
- Handle daily letter, parcel express mail and fax, arrange couriers and dispatch outgoing mails.
- Office equipment maintenance.
- Use photocopies, fax machines, typewriters and PC, compose email, manage databases, create documents/spreadsheets and handle travel arrangements.
- Prepare and track expense reports, payment vouchers, proofreading documents.
- Translate documents as per need
- Other job responsibilities assigned by the Superior
Requirements:
- Degree holder, professional, at least 1 years relevant experience as an Administration Assistant, preferable for the working experience with multi-national company
- Good command of verbal and written English
- Good computer skills, SAP related system knowledge is a plus.
- Good communication skills & interpersonal skills
- High sense of responsibility, hardworking, honest, customer service oriented, comprehensive and pleasant
1.工作地点:佛山市南海区桂城街道南港路11号富景花园昭信广场明珠楼。
2.公司SAP系统6月即将上线,需要2名admin负责系统的数据录入以及行政支持。
3.要求最好有SAP背景或oracle/金蝶/用友等相关系统操作经验;如无,英文读写能力要熟练,系统为英文版。
4.此职位SAP项目先签六个月合同,之后依据项目进程决定是否续签。
