主要工作职责
- Be responsible for territory
- Be responsible for people management and manage sales executives
- Build up and deliver competent KOLs strategy
- Design and implement benchmarking Prof Ed and CME events in designated territory
- Team work by closely cooperating with marketing team and other territory for any business synergy
- Be responsible for distributor management
Qualifications

- Mature personality with positive attitude
- Passionate and disciplined for business growth
- Strong in people development
- At least 2 years of business management experience
- Good business sense in decision making
- Strong people skills in communication, sales coaching, motivation, and situational leadership
- Hard worker, willingness of frequent business travel
