1. To collate & request VMCG standards from TR Regional brands, new store opening planograms & drive executions in markets. 

2.  To partner with ASMs/ACs to drive quality executions & ensure standards for the brands are meeting business needs.   

3.  To manage own contract services with shop-fitter/supplier on maintenance and upkeep of our brand counters & deployment across all new/renewal opening locations for our markets. 

4.  To ensure stores are consistently displayed to the brand guidelines when key visitor/travel periods in the market. 

Deliverables: 

1.     Maintenance / Upkeep of brand counters. 

a.     To ensure all counters are well maintained.

b.     Owns the repair request and VM damages process. Eg. Description of works etc. 

c.     Verify warranty status, request , negotiate and confirmation of cost where required 

d.     To arrange and schedule all repair and maintenance works as required. 

e.     Tracking of repair and maintenance. 

f.      Repair completion report. 

2.     New Door Openings. 

a.     Coordination of timeline for installation, stocks arrival and opening date with shop-fitter and retailer 

b.     Tracking of timeline and execution from design to approval to installation. 

c.     To ensure defects rectifications are completed timely according to punch list. 

d.     To ensure all VM materials are well received by our shop-fitter and installed accordingly to standard. Verify completion report by shop-fitter 

e.     Ensure stocks are merchandized on shelves according to VM Planogram 

3.     HPP/ SPPs / Launches / Events setup / Window Display setup. 

a.     Coordination with sales team, retailers, VM team and vendors on installations, stocks and merchandizing. 

b.     Tracking of timeline and execution from design to approval to installation. 

c.     To ensure all VM materials are well received by our shop-fitter and installed accordingly to standard. Verify completion report by shop-fitter 

d.     Defects punchlist and scheduling of rectification works 

e.     Ensure stocks are merchandized on displays according to VM Planogram

4.    Administration. 

a.     Update all ongoing project goods   received status to PM.
