Job Description

- Lead Finance integration of the newly acquired JV, ensure all finance operation and reporting is aligned with Corporate rules and local regulations/practices

- Ensure the business is carried out in compliance with Corporate control standards. Set up and continuously improve control and compliance process including DoA, Risk Management, Project Control, etc.

- Close all external/internal audit points on time

- Generate on-time and high-quality financial report to provide visibility of business performance and support decision-making

- Work with business leaders and HR to optimize business structure and process, drive organization efficiency Improvement

- Partner with business to enable key initiatives implementation towards profitable growth

- Set up and enhance financial statement review process. Deliver insightful, value-add analysis to support business decision. Build up forecast competence and continuously improve quality

- Build up and enhance finance team competence, provide practical support and guiding principles for team to grow capabilities and technical skills

- Proactively build connection with Corporate and smart leverage Corporate resources to support JV

Profile Requirement

- Bachelor degree or above, Accounting or Finance Management major is preferred

- Finance management experience >= 6 years

- Manufacturing entity finance management and Costing background is strongly preferred

- High quality in integrity and professionalism

- Smart communicator, able to influence and inspire others

- Fast learner, self-motivated, open minded

- Fluent in written and oral English

- Proven record of achievement or good performance
