Key responsibilities

? Act as ambassador for the Clusters in the GSC and vice versa
? Drive active engagement activities (across processes) with the Cluster
? Overview GSC-Cluster functional engagement activities
? Establish and maintain good relationship with stakeholders
? Monitor Cluster GSC performance measures (basis eVMS) and ensure regular review (follow OPPR principles)
? Facilitate quarterly Level 4 and 5 engagement meetings between GSC leaders and Cluster Leadership Team (scheduling, preparing, hosting, capturing outcomes and driving follow-up actions - aligned with SIP)
? Cooperate with Cluster/Regional PEX team on cross-functional improvement initiatives
? Support the identification of scope expansion opportunities
? Ensure that the Voice of Customer from the Cluster is captured and shared with the GSC Delivery Organisation
? Maintain an overview on Gemba visits between GSC & Cluster
? Apply PEX methodology and systemic leadership principles
? Report engagement activities and developments to the Cluster Sponsor


Skills required

? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
? Self-starter
? Strong Portfolio/Project Management experience with proven ability to facilitate across functional/process teams
? Understand the Maersk Line business system and process hierarchy
? Sound understanding on the operational and commercial ML processes - across local organisation and GSC
? Good understanding of Process Excellence (Green Belt or Process Leader trained)
? Ability to influence without formal authority
? Change management skills
? Good presentation skills and self confidence
? Experience with managing customer facing activities and processes
