ONLINE OPERATIONS MANAGER CROSS BORDER

location based in HONGKONG

 

Overview

As a important contributor driving excellence and growth for our newly set up Cross Border business, you will be responsible for navigating our online brand platforms’ growth, managing operation excellence, collaborating with external and internal business stakeholders to boost marketing effectiveness and accelerate brand growth.

 

You Will Achieve

As part of our dynamic team, you will:

• Lead online platform operation strategy, plan and manage execution from merchandising, activity planning, customer servicing to logistic delivery
• Own the online stores net sales and target
• Monitor third party vendor’s daily operation to ensure achievement of brand equity and business performance
• Strengthen relationships with third party vendors on operation excellence
• Perform ongoing analysis on KPI metrics including site performance, classification and key item sales, site traffic, conversion rate, email database growth and behavior, to create maximum synergies between promotional and marketing campaigns
