- AIC Case Status Tracking /Settlement Letter Checking (All platforms)

- Submit approval form and get chopped authority/platform required documents

- Abnormal Case documentation /(Shipment/Return/System/Overselling) (All platforms)

- Check if formula, data, daily report from vendors is in line with platforms/OMS/3rd party monitoring tools for adidas and Reebok

- Send approved sample shipping request to IM and SCM team and check if vendor has followed guideline to process try-on report (i.e. testing, data format, size chart, etc.)

- Schedule and facilitate meetings with cross-function team for sales reconciliation

- Check if vendor has properly set up Chatbot, new process, knowledge based as aligned with adidas team

Requirement skills:

• 3-5 years relevant working experience in retail company, TP company.
• Online Customer Service experience is a must, Call center experience is a plus
• Execution with efficiency and accuracy (lead or involved in project before)
• Uses technical knowledge and experience (MS Office products including Excel and PowerPoint, office management)
• Integrates into eCom team and across organization with good communication skills
• Adapts to new and changing demands and situations
• Good reading and writing in English
