Key Responsibilities
 
Planning
?    Work with the Director - RX in developing projects leading to making China Own Retail Business ready for 2020

Management
?    Manage “Retail Excellence” team in the Retail Back office.
?    Manage Projects as needed to make things “Simpler for Store, Better for Customers and Sustainable for Adidas”
?    Management of Global concepts viz miadidas and Music
 Solution in Retail Stores as well as collaboration with Global Partners.

Financial
?    Manage budgets and Vendor Negotiations for selected Non-Trade Purchasing items
?    Manage the Opex budget for the team.

Systems and Processes
?    Oversee the regular release and update of Global Store Operations Manuals and Policies.
?    Drive continuous Improvement of retail processes, systems and capabilities.
?    Constantly review all process and Procedures to reduce complexity and improve productivity
?    Oversee user Management of Store relevant systems viz. GROW, CoRP and SPOT.
?    Oversee the Inventory Management process including Inventory Adjustment, Weekly Cycle Count Report and others as required by business

HR Management
?    Set performance and development plans with direct reports; review and evaluate performance in
 line with HR Policies
?    Proactively drive capabilities development of Retail teams and provide on the job coaching for direct reports

?    Set overall goals and guide development of Retail training programs,
?    Generate a high level of team work & Communication / information sharing between all departments

KPI
?    Shared Retail Team KPI’s include Topline and Bottom line of Own Retail business.
?    Individual performance KPI’s to be defined.

Experience/ Skills Required
?    Minimum 6 years of experience with at least 4 years in Retail Operations.
?    Bachelor’s degree required and advanced degree in business or related fields preferred
?    Fluent Mandarin and English required
