Accountabilities：

? all payment processing , all paper work and tracking from quote confirmation to payment released

? samples arrangement, receiving all PR samples and seeding samples and work closely with PR agency, sending out to celebs/KOLs and PR agency

? create ppts for all campaign reviews, all monthly newsletters for internal and global, and monthly integration meeting, consolidate the PR reports

? support most of the admin work of the team ( team's trip requests, team's trip and OOO schedule, marketing master calendar etc )
