Responsibility

1. Develop merchandise category activity plan and Go to Market Strategy for given online channels to support short term and long term profitably growth.
2. Hand on customer insight generation based on factual analysis of both consumer data and online market data.
3. Assist on planning of merchandise category and channel activity plan including new brand product launch, regular trade promotion and social network engagement.
4. Monitor field implementation in online channels, review and tracking the effectiveness of action.
5. Responsible for recommending promotional guidelines in terms of synthetic understanding of consumers purchase behavior and brands merchandise sales as well as market knowledge. Ensure all promotional investment is properly reviewed and evaluated before and after launch.
6. Generate syndicated evaluation reports for brand product sales assessment and improvement.

Requirement

1. Three years'experience in e-Commerce Company with hand-on practice on market strategy planning or a related assistant role; or three years'experience in consulting companies/market research agencies/online media agencies serving clients in retail, FMCG/CPG, ecommerce sectors.
2. Highly self-motivation and result-driven; resilience and patience. Accountable on any deliverables.
3. Logical yet creative thinking mindset
4. English proficient both in reading and writing, able to accomplish write-up in English with minor editing from mentors.
