Responsibilities:

1. Implementation and delivery of the project; Such as warehouse automation construction, logistics system optimization and upgrading.

2. Participated in the establishment, tracking and management of the warehouse labor system project.;

3. Work with 3DC’s logistic team to establish and optimize the related operation mode and process of DC departments.

4. Lead continuously improvement project within DC include Inbound, Storage& Space optimization, Picking, Packing, Outbound and Reverse logistics.

5. Lead logistics SOP & WI setup and update .

6. Work with planning & DC operation team to support new brand & new sales channel project .

7. Regularly communicate with TP, Retail, EC and logistic system team, establish logistics optimization plan, improve DC operation efficiency and reduce logistics cost.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, no restriction on majors, with PMP qualification is preferred;

2. At least 5-8 years of relevant work experience in logistics or project management;

3. Good command of English reading and wirting, working experience in overseas or foreign company is preferred;

4. Have project implementation experience, such as warehouse and factory construction, engineering trial work, storage automation, etc.;

5. Have relevant work experience in logistics, such as warehousing, transportation, express delivery, etc.;

6. Strong computer operation ability;

7. Strong learning ability and self-cognition ability;

8. Strong organization and management ability;

9. Good communication and cooperation skills;

10. Be able to travel for short time.
