Create style design sheets according to style budget, follow up that your ideas on design sheet are followed

Making sure that design deadlines are kept

Work closely with buying team and pattern maker team

Together with Designer constantly ensure upgrade of product groups: Pinpoint and improve weak categories, fabric quality, fitting and product to market demands from running analyzes.

Together with Designer constantly ensure latest trimmings, fabrics, treatments, fittings and updating of suppliers according to trend

Constantly upgrade fabric quality, fitting and product to meet market demands

Be responsible for collecting offer from trim supplier, new seasons trim research

Show new ideas to design team leader

Cooperate with local designers, oversea designers, buyers and technicians in Beijing
