职位描述

Responsibilities

- Assist in indirect procurement issues (IT/warehouse construction/automation equipment category) like market research/sourcing/contract, ensure compliance with the related policies and procedures.

- Partially take responsibility for IT procurement to end-to-end process, from purchase requests to contract, track delivery and supplier performance.

- Periodic analysis and report.

- Other supports if necessary.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering related disciplines, good logic thinking.

- Desire to learn and grow fast with more opportunity/responsibility in procurement career.

- Self-motivated, ownership mindset, detail-oriented, strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Good at written English, familiar with MS office, especially Excel (i.e. Pivot table, VLOOKUP)
