职位描述
Job objectives
This position is responsible for develop &
improve sales & management competency of key business partner & key
customer/influencer through the whole training framework initiative , training
course development & deployment .
Target customer :
1) Strategic partner ( Dealer & POS )
2) Key customer/ influencer ( electrician & DECO )
3) Internal sales staff
Main duties and responsibilities:
1) Training material development & process
- Conduct surveys to identify training needs among target customers
- Plan, develop, and provide training programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops
- Develop testing and evaluation procedures.
- Evaluate performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
2) Sales Training for strategic partners ( dealer & POS )
- Conduct dealer training program related to retailer management & sales management
- Conduct the POS training program related to store operation management & selling skill & customer service
3) Training for value chain key customer/ influencer ( electrician & DECO )
-- Conduct the key influencer training related to selling skill & customer service
4) Internal sales training
-- Conduct the internal sales training related to store management , selling skill & Small/medium project management

- Works closely with the channel & RSO team for training program coordinate and deployment
2) Offer marketing team
- Communicate with offer marketing team to collect the product FAB to develop standard mini training brochure

Personal requirement :
1) High (university at least) education level & above 5-7 years
working experiences in multinational Company
2) Sales training background
3) Team player with ability to communicate with clarity,
structure and conciseness to colleagues and customers at all levels
4) Strategic thinking and strong biz sense
5) Good at English
6) Sound decision-making skills with the ability to perform
well under pressure.
