Main Responsibilities:

• Design Layout management :Fully understand the brand concept, Work with Interior Creative Manager(ICM) to guide designers in Brand store layout design to meet the retail’s expectation & brand concept requirement
• New concept development: Cooperate with ICM, New Concept team to make the new concept into stores and make sure the design in all new concept stores completed with high quality
• Project management: Work with project team to lead all layout part can be delivered over expectation and always before the schedule
• Cross brand Concept: Fully understand the different concept of each brand, build concept module for all brand to make all design part more professional and efficiency
• Cost control: Always sensitive to cost, try to standardized the fixed part to lower the construction cost in stores and consider cost for irregular part
• Research: constant research on design trends for retail design trends.
• Customer relationship maintain: Keep good customer relationship with retail, understand the customers business and requirements. .Keep good communication cross brands and departments
• Staff Management: Daily Management of team members, including work content, performance, development motivation, resource planning, etc.

Position Requirement:

• At least bachelor degree or Higher education expected: interior design, industrial design, architecture, etc ,Background of  study aboard of related major is preferred
• At least 6 years or above in store design, interior design for retail or related industry ,At least 3 years work experiences in project management, especially in construction or related area
• At least 2 years team management experience in related working area

       Solid knowledge about concept design and project management

• Have excellent and innovative idea in store design by keeping consistently sensitive to the development trends in fashion industry
• Good ability in team management and recourse management, Good personality to influence and drive whole team members to work towards excellent performance
• Excellent Language skill in English communication ,writing, etc
• Some travel activity must be expected to support projects.
