Role and objectives

1.      Take responsibility for daily ER operation works in BJ;

2.      Follow On-Board, Resignation or transfer procedures;

3.      Make response to ER related daily queries;

4.      Monitor various data from human resources outsourcing suppliers;

5.      Maintain SAP&BPM system daily operation;

6.      Analysis labor cost and various relevant data;

7.      Front employee conflicts, resolve employee complaints and labor disputes;

8.      Assist on labor mediation, arbitration and litigation issues;

9.      Save and Manage labor contracts and other important documents.

10.    Collect, check and arrange payment from HR department;

Skills and Competency

1.      Bachelor degree or above;

2.      At least 2 years HR working experience for applying specialist position;

3.      Fluent English as preference;

4.      Capability of self-learning

5.      Detail-driven person

6.      Sensibility for numbers

7.      Responsible

8.      Open minded

9.      Communication capability
