职位描述

Job Description: 

This new created position is belong to DEC Supply Chain Team for the combined responsible of both Export project demand & order handling and processes optimizing not only for supply chain team , but the whole DEC department . Except this, the role will take also some other order handling tasks to be closer to the real business, and have interfaces with the whole DEC department. Why we plan for this assignment is because it’s very important to know how business works firstly before starting any optimization process.

  • Export project E2E supply management
  • Export demand collecting and follow up
  • Find resources and make decisions on consolidation point selecting, transportation route etc. according to project requests
  • Break down the schedules and manage each steps of the whole chain to achieve it.
  • Release order to supplies and monitor the shipment from supplier to the consolidation points.
  • Provide requested info and support I/E team to finish international transportation
  • Coordinate with procurement team, Back office team, designer team, Logistics team, I/E team to solve any issue may happen during the whole process
  • Being as the owner of E2E process, continuously working on improvement of both process and system.
  • Operation process optimization
  • Partner with all DEC departments, including designer team, procurement team, Back office team, and also supply chain team internal groups, to understand their daily operation process.
  • Craft, promote a LEAN operation vision that can improve efficiencies, reduce employee turnover
  • Think strategically as a leader with the knowledge of LEAN process, while doing the hard work and driving tactical execution
  • Work together with the team and members to discuss and verify the benefits of changing, plan of implementation, and get align on the target with detailed implementation plan.

-        Create, document, train, and continually refine consistent and efficient operations procedures

-        Demonstrate the importance of accountability, decisiveness, and continuous improvement

Position Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree;
  • Proactive working attitude and customer orientated working style is a must
  • Working experience of supply chain such as planning, order & delivery management etc is requested
  • Good at finding solutions to achieve target by using available resources is requested
  • Good business sense to spot out the problems with solution is requested
  • Project management or related experience is preferred
  • Can work under pressure and accept business travel (10-15%)
  • Coordination and Communication skills: Demonstrates the ability to handle important/urgent cases with multiple stakeholders to work out the most satisfactory solution to balance majority interests.
  • Languages: fluent English skills, written and spoken
  • Quick learner and Good team work spirit: can quickly learn and adapt into new environment and able to work well together in a team
  • Capability to drive process improvement
  • Deep knowledge of implementing and managing key operational processes across a complex environment

    这个新创建的职位属于工程部供应链团队,职责包括两部分: 1. 出口项目端到端供需管理2、 运营流程优化(这个优化不仅限于供应链内部,而是整个工程部所有部门)。 除此之外,该职位还将负责一些其他业务,这些具体业务操作可以更接近和了解实际业务,并建立和整个DEC各部门的接口。 我们之所以这么安排的原因, 是因为开始任何优化过程之前首先了解业务如何运作非常重要。

    • 出口项目E2E供需管理
    • 出口项目需求管理及跟进
    • 决策并调动各方资源满足出口项目的要求,包括集货仓选择,运输方式等等。
    • 根据项目要求做时间及任务拆解,分段管理每个阶段的任务,以实现项目目标。
    • 下单给供应商,并监控顺利发货到集货仓
    • 为进出口部门提供国际运输所需要的资料,确保顺利按计划运输
    • 在整个端到端过程中,和相关部门,包括采购、 结算、设计、物流、进出口等部门,一起合作解决一切可能发生的问题。
    • 作为项目E2E负责人,基于业务需要持续对流程及系统进行优化。
    • 运营流程优化
    • 与所有DEC部门合作,包括设计师团队,采购团队,物流团队以及供应链团队内部团队,以了解他们的日常运营流程。
    • 起草、推广精益运营,提高工作效率。
    • 拥有精益过程管理的知识,战略性地思考精益管理解决方案,同时努力在工作中推动战术执行。
    • 与团队和成员一起讨论和验证变更的好处, 推进计划实施。

    -        通过创建,记录,培训等一系列过程,不断在实施过程中进行流程完善,保障最终实施计划达到目标结果

    职位要求

    • 教育程度:学士学位或同等学历
    • 有供应链相关经验,包括计划、订单和交付管理等供应链的工作经验
    • 擅长通过使用可用资源找到实现目标的解决方案,擅长发现问题并提供解决方案
    • 积极的工作态度和以客户为导向的工作风格,可以在压力下工作并接受商务旅行(10-15%)
    • 协调和沟通技巧:拥有平衡多方利益相关者,并能处理重要/紧急案件的能力。可以和相关合作部门一起找到最满意的解决方案以平衡多数利益。
    • 快速学习和良好的团队合作精神:能够快速学习和适应新环境,并能够在团队中一起工作
    • 有精益管理及流程梳理相关经验,擅长在复杂环境中实施和推进关键业务流程
    • 语言要求:能用英文读写和沟通
