Roles and Responsibilities

Brand CRM routine operation, including
Daily retail/customer service problem solving
Regular data capture, analysis and report making
Temporary data requirements
SMS or EDM setting and sending;
EDM monthly report making
Brand Campaign operation (promotion or on-sale):
EDM & SMS strategy setting and content sending
Coupon and promotion rules setting
Pre-campaign historical data collection and analysis
During campaign problem solving
Data collection and analysis, report sending
CRM program assistance:
Program execution and communication
Result tracking and analysis

l Final objective is to increase:

1. VIP customer base

2. Conversion rate

3. Basket size

4. Shopping Frequency

Requirements

Bachelor degree or above, preferred business analysis related major;
1-2 years working experience on CRM marketing;
