Job description:

1. budget planning (together with Operation Manager):
2. line plan for each brand (Main + Express + repeat)
3. delivery plan
4. Suggestions on price point, fitting, color, fabric, style, etc.

7. work with retail on quantity definition for each category, each season before order meeting
8. review ordering for Main and Express, always make sure there're optimized stock, suggest on repeat or development if stock is not enough
9. order for retail for Shoes and Leather together with production managers

11. sales follow up:
12. monitor sales, stock and achievement for each brand, each category and each style on weekly basis
13. take action needed (provide suggestion for repeat and development, promotion or mark down for slow movers)

15. annual sale:
16. work with retail on setting strategy for annual sale
17. on sale styles selection
18. review performance every week and do adjustment if needed

20. analysis:
21. weekly sales analysis
22. season end analysis and year end analysis (by brand, by category, by price point, by fitting, for this season/year and compare with previous season/year, top seller and bottom seller) for JJ and across brands
23. supplier review reports
24. ad-hoc analysis

26.   Shoes Project:
27. follow up the whole life cycle of Shoes, make sure the turnover increase
28. prepare budget for shoes collection
29. prepare assortment for shoes
30. shoes' shops selection
31. shoes' sales analysis

1.   Shop investigation: travel among retail cities and shops regularly, collection feedback and find room for improvement

7.  Support Operation Manager on all works and projects related

• Organizing EC stock requirements, FOL requirements
• Coordinate all EC related projects such as EC exclusive collections, EC promotion items, football collections, etc.
• Trouble shooting

Job requirement:

1. Candidates better to have 2-3 years working experience.
2. fluent oral English and good in writing and reading.

Patient and detailed, interested in fashion business and are sensitive to number.
