Photoshoot Management:

· Liaise with local and international modelling agencies to cast models for photoshoots.

· Work with studio production team to ensure the photo studio is organized and ordered.

· Liaise with all talents (hair & make up, stylist etc) to book time for photoshoots.

· Communicate and coordinate with 3rd party companies such as set-designers to order props, following direction from Art Direction & Content Manager.

· Assist Art Direction & Content Manager on set with model styling, wardrobe management, coordination and communication with photographer.

· Location search for photoshoots.

· Available for minimum of 2x a year international travel for overseas campaign photoshoots.

Sample Management:

· Coordinator between Marketing, Buying and Visual Merchandising department to prepare samples required for local and overseas photo-shoots.

· Garment preparation for photo-shoots

· Assist PR department by ensuring the sample room is always kept tidy, organized and managed well.

Digital Communication:

· Regular English to Chinese document translation for catalogue, digital communication and in-store POSM.

· Assist digital marketing department by composing 1 WeChat content post per week including H5 application on campaign promotion.

Administrative:

· Coordinate with logistics department to arrange transport of samples for overseas photoshoots.

· Make payments for all shootings; ranging from model and location payments to external production company payments.

· Managing calendars and budgets for photoshoots.

Requirements:

· Fluent in Chinese and English; written and spoken.

· Capable of resolving complex issues when relevant and communicate work？ow status and concerns to Head Of Production

· Strong up to date knowledge of latest fashion trends

· At least 2 years previous editorial / art direction / creative experience highly beneficial.
