职责:
? 标准化落实所有和营运相关的工作流程；
? 维持日常营运标准，根据反馈及需求及时调整和实施工作计划；
? 定期检查和维护店铺设施和固定资产，和供应商维持良好的合作关系；
? 确保店铺各项设施符合消防要求及标准；
? 管理店铺收银流程，确保所有的现金/信用卡及其他支付方式操作符合公司流程规定，管控每日收银小票，日报表及备用金。
? 监管收银及销售团队，确保按公司要求执行会员积分流程；
? 在日常工作中与店铺销售团队紧密合作以确保仓库营运保持高标准和高效；
? 维持高效的库房运作，并协助区域经理及店长整体管理店铺的营运工作；
? 提升客户服务水平，推动高效的店铺补货流程；
? 在店内提供最高标准的顾客服务培训；
? 凝聚团队为顾客创建***的购物体验；
? 完成每月人员排班计划并提交薪资考勤报告(病假/产假等假期记录)；
? 负责处理店内人力资源/财务/行政等相关工作

? 优秀的销售技巧及零售经验，具备专业的产品/运动/时尚知识见解
? 具备商业头脑
? 良好的沟通技巧及多元化的管理技巧

? 具备独立处理店铺突发事件的能力
? 分析及预见解决问题的技巧
? 自我发展及学习能力
? 5年以上知名零售品牌管理工作经验
? 大专以上学历
? 具备基本英语口语能力
? 熟悉零售店铺运营系统和办公室软件
