1. Assistant to Brand General Manager

Provide assistance to the Brand General Manager in the following areas:

a) All secretarial work pertaining to the Brand General Manager.

b) Maintain up-to date and organized filing system.

c) Issue and track all purchase and no-charge orders on a monthly basis

d) Update and categorize all department’s expenses on a monthly basis

e) Follow-up projects according to set deadlines.

f) Maintain active supplier, trade and contact directory.

g) Jobs and projects as assigned by Brand General Manager.

2. Administrative

a) Coordinate all events execution logistics

b) All expense/quotation management, Shopping cart processing, monthly expense management

c) Office stationary management

d) New staff on board registries

e) Free goods (office staff) processing

f) Team meeting/brand conference/global visitor coordination

g) Helper management.

3. Overall Office

Act as a contact point for overall office:

a) Co-ordinate incoming/outgoing mail and inter-office memo.

b) Co-ordinate production of generic forms and office printing matters.

c) Travel arrangements for the team, such as flight bookings, hotel bookings, advance petty cash etc.

d) Organize part-time helpers when instructed by the Brand General Manager.

任职要求：

1. With related work experience at a multinational company is preferred but not limited;

2. Good computer skills, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access;

3. Careful and Pro-active attitude; Good analytical skill and logic thinking; Ability to work under pressure;

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills; A team player with strong willingness to learn;

5. Presentable and possess a strong sense of style;

6. A passion for cosmetics industry.
