Independence of Action and Accountability

1. Daily FSS( Free Standing Store ) sales and cash receive checking;

2. Daily FSS Inventory reconciliation and follow up, collect & review inventory adjustment supporting documents;

3. Concession store commission expense accrual, AR reconciliation;

4. Utilities, rental expenses accrual; rental expenses accrual or amortization (FSS);

5. Organize annual FSS cycle count, review FSS stocktaking reports;

6. New company code set up; leasing contract review, UAT testing; tax registration, new FSS opening on site supporting;

7. Support statutory audit, tax audit and SOX audit.

8. Supervise tax agency for monthly and quarterly tax filing and annual tax returns of FSS.

9. Take on special projects as assigned.

10. Problem Solving

11. Assist Accounting Manager in standardizing, documenting and executing financial procedures and controls in accordance with corporate guidelines and compliance with local regulations for process of FSS closing and reporting.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years retail store working experience;

Good written and spoken English communication skills;

Good interpersonal skills and team player;

Being able to work independently and under pressure;

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and integrated accounting software system, preferably SAP.
