职位描述

• Plan and supervise all logistics of events, including material selection & production, hotel arrangement, vendor management, checklist preparation, event merchandising and filing.

• Support trade marketing manager on at counter event, VIP room event, DS exposure, DS we-chat , other trade event’s communication, coordinate, execution, VM design and production. VVIP event preparation, continuously track and improve ROI of event marketing budget,

• Review event performance. Assist to plan, prepare, execute and summarize Roadshow

• Responsible for venue selection, negotiation, decoration, liaison, F & B, and all other details with event agency as directed by brand.

• Maintain an updated filing system on event photos, design layouts, production material swatches, etc 50%

• Trade promotion - Collaborate with trade marketing manager to plan annual promotion and sample calendar、execute monthly promotion program, result analysis of trade promotion activities. 15%

• Retailor Meeting – Assist Trade marketing manager on retailor meeting material preparation. 15%

• Data – Sales data and event & promotion data analysis and tracking. 10%

• Other temporary works 10%

  任职条件

• Strong communication and execution skill

• Available for domestic traveling

• Fluent Chinese and English on speaking and writing

• Full experience in the site of event execution

• Proficient in Microsoft (including Word, Excel, PPT…)

• Experience with other Marketing’s functions e.g. Product, Digital, TMK, PR is plus
