To capitalize on in-depth knowledge of Utility applications, bringing a differentiating value proposition to the customer, leveraging the complete Schneider Electric offer portfolio and improving the understanding of Utility solution business inside Schneider Electric.

Main Responsibility:

1. Create the Utility solution application

2. Visit customers together with the sales force to develop a competitive solution and recommend a system implementation which optimally meets the customer needs & requirements

3. Provide answers for complex technical questions from customers in co-operation with the technical expert of the different business units.

4. Develop required technical and commercial argumentation documents including value propositions, etc.

5. Work closely with Solution Architects, solution marketing (country & BU) in order to provide the customer with the best solution.

6. Work with digital marketing to enhance business unit products, systems & the solutions offer.

Qualifications:

Engineering degree or prolonged experience with technical education (engineering degree aligned with segment – mechanical, electrical, electronics & software)

10-20 years experience to be a good knowledge of customer vocabulary, sore-points, expectations and deliverables

Extensive knowledge & experience of Utility market

Customer focus, listening and communication skills

Technical background to understand customer issues, as well as Schneider & competition offers

Deep commercial and technical knowledge about the Utility application, and competent to use this knowledge

Knowledge of the electrical distribution, automation offer, IT knowledge and related competitors & customers.

Extensive knowledge & experience of targeted applications, industry, standards & legislation

Preferably experience with Schneider Electric technology
