Role and Responsibilities:

1. Daily Process Operation 40%

1. Prepare monthly P/L performance reports (COPA & IMR);

2. Prepare and submit reports to government such as tax and statistic bureaus;

3. Prepare yearly cash flow forecast based on support from Finance BP of business unit;

4. Review journal entries posted by transactional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance;

5. Coordinate and monitor period end closing activities, perform senior check for key closing activities to ensure smooth closing;

6. Review monthly intra group reports prepared by transactional teams to ensure accurate reports could be submitted on time;

7. Perform daily and period end closing activities related to costing;

8. Coordinate regular Balance Sheet review meetings to keep financial statement healthy;

9. Coordinate with both internal auditor and local accounting firm for audits and tax;

10. Ensure appropriate documentation of policies and processes are in place and update on a timely basis;

11. Take control and stewardship role of entity’s Financial Statement;

12. Coordinate daily issue resolution raised from external customers or internal function teams.

1. Customer engagement 20%

1. Set up effective customer communication channel and conduct periodic customer communication to strengthen cooperation between FiSS GL, function teams and customers to improve customer satisfaction;

2. Support with Fiss GBPO & GBPE.

1. People engagement 5%

   1. Coach transactional team members in terms of financial accounting and process enhancement;

   2. Guide SME teams in terms of GL process.

2. Project engagement 30%

   1. Drive process change to standardize working procedure, improve work efficiency, quality or internal control, and enhance system automation;

   2. Support global & regional projects.

3. Other related finance and accounting activities or ad-hoc tasks assigned 5%

Network of Interact: Network of Interaction (External & internal relationship)

1. Central finance expert teams or controlling teams;

2. Fiss internal function teams;

3. Government and Authority;

4. External Auditor

Competence:

Education and Qualification:

1、Bachelor degree in accounting or finance related major, MBA or MPAcc is a plus;

2、CPA or equivalent qualification such as ACCA, AICPA,CIA is a plus.

Experience Requirements

1、Over 5 years financial accounting experience in MNC or accounting firm, including at least 3 years of General Accounting experience.

2 、Familiar ERP system implementation like SAP and Oracle.

3、Excellent financial reporting and analysis techniques.

4、 Be familiar with IFRS, China tax policy, strong sense of internal control.

5、 Good command of English in both speaking and writing.

6、 Experience in Financial Shared Service Center is a great plus.
