Main Responsibilities:

1. Quantity survey according to Construction Drawings

2. Learning and familiar with the company's store concept and design requirements, construction standards, BDS information, furniture supplier information and the cost of a single store. Analysis the cost of different types of shops. Make improvements for unreasonable parts and give suggestion to project teams about budget

3. Support project team to manage the variations during Construction Stage

4. Support Supplier Management team to prepare tender and contract documents, tender risk evaluation

5. Create, review and manage the construction contract

6. Payment application review

7. Final account review

Position Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree, major in Civil/Architectural Engineering Management or related discipline

2. 5+ years experience as Quantity Surveyor in Construction Industry

3. Familiar with method of measurements, code of valuation with bill of quantity works, quantities pricing software and drawing measurement software.

4. Good communication skills

5. Fluent in written and reading English, basic ability of conversational competence in English

6. Diligent, studious and hard-working.
